Her food intake continues to require close monitoring and regular encouragement to ensure adequate nutritional intake. Personal hygiene and grooming are maintained appropriately with supervision and necessary support. She is generally able to follow her daily routine with assistance and continues to demonstrate stability in her day-to-day functioning.
The caretaker and counsellor will continue to closely monitor her mental health status, dietary and food intake, medication compliance, personal care, and overall functioning. Continued support and encouragement will be provided to promote treatment adherence, nutritional well-being, and overall stability.
On 8th September 2026, the client had a consultation with Dr. Suma Kulkarni. It was noted that she was maintaining well and was advised to continue the same medication.

The individual sessions with the counsellor have been focused on monitoring activities of daily living, helping daily learning tasks and addressing distress and concerns of the client, if any.
