Download & submit your Re-KYC for: For Resident Individual Download re-KYC form Supporting documents For Non-Resident Individual Download re-KYC form Supporting documents Individual customers can update online in case of No change in address From your registered email ID, attach filled & self-attested scanned copy of re-kyc form & supporting documents to rekychdfcbank@hdfcbank.com Change in address Login to NetBanking >> go to "Confirm KYC details" tab >> Click on continue & upload your duly filled self-attested applicable re-KYC form & supporting documents. Note - in case of address change from foreign address to Indian address or vice versa then FATCA form is also to be mandatorily uploaded along with re-KYC form. In case of physical submission visit your nearest HDFC Bank Branch along with the printed re-KYC form & supporting documents.
