The fact is, consuming pesticides on our fruits & veggies puts us at significant risk. It's proven and it's frightening. And washing & peeling isn't always enough...
These pesticides have been proven to significantly increase risk of infertility, brain conditions, thyroid disorders, skin conditions, cancer and so much more…
Yet at the same time, there is only so much you can do!
Thankfully the incredible Environmental Working Group analyse thousands of samples of produce every year to give us what they call the Clean Fifteen & Dirty Dozen lists - these are the foods that had the most - and the least - amount of pesticides on them after buying, washing and peeling (just like you would at home).
Their 2019 lists have just been released, and I've analysed them here and given you a plan of what to do with them to best protect you and your family.
